Stressed

Weeks 10 & 11 | October 28 - November 10, 2017

As I have said before. School projects are revving up. I had two group projects recently on of homework and in-class assignments. Now I have a lot of other responsibilities including job applications, class registration for my last semester of university, Director of Business Night preparations, starting a consulting club at Shidler, and many more. I hope you all understand why this post is so short. The weeks are slowly dwindling and my limited days are making me sadder and sadder. Still, I will make every day count with my friends and the places I visit. I have already visited three countries and I plan to visit at least three more. I have already gone to Taiwan, Malaysia, and Singapore. Currently, I am planning to go to South Korea, Thailand and Japan! I cannot wait! I will post the pictures when I return from South Korea.

It is such a blessing to have so many friends all over the world! I have friends from South Korea, Taiwan, Japan, Hong Kong, China, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Burma, Bangladesh, etc. Although I cannot visit them, I am grateful to see most of them during this experience.

Gahhhhhh!!!! I am still stressed so please excuse my erratic account. School work is really getting more and more abundant. It is probably because I was ambitious in the first half of the semester and took on big responsibilities. Nevertheless, I have to push forward. This week I spent two all-nighters to finish two projects that needed to be presented the following mornings. I ran on one or two hours of sleep to finish some powerpoints so writing this blog has been my last priority. I am also making strides to make sure I connect with Shidler alumni here in Hong Kong. I was able to meet with a high school alumni now working in Samsung on my trip to South Korea (which I loved completely; I cried when I had to leave because I wanted to do so much more!) as well as another high school classmate who is studying full time at Yonsei University. I also went to Macau because it was my last chance to go before even more work came about. I am excited for the reading  week that is coming up where I will be travelling to Phuket and Bangkok with some friends as our unofficial last hurrah before finals. I do have so many RAW image files waiting to be edited by I barely have time to sleep. I promise to have more photos soon!

The highlight of my trip to Seoul, South Korea was attending my first ever dance classes in my life at 1MILLION Dance Studio of which I have been a fan of for many years--before they became viral (hahaha). I got to meet some of my favorite celebrity choreographers from South Korea. Click here for their YouTube channel.
